With Vetnostics Pathology, you can access your results online via two different portals, depending on your state.
About MQLink
MQLink is our proprietary Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) software program provided to referring clinicians. It is available for NSW, ACT, QLD and TAS only. This program enables vets to automatically download their Vetnostics Pathology results, integrate and embed those diagnostic results into their clinical software using an existing internet connection.
When you are downloading results with MQLink, they can be scheduled to automatically download pathology results at pre-set intervals.
Alternatively, you can request an immediate download of pathology results at any time. The downloaded results are stored in a location where your clinical software can access them and import them into its database, where practitioners can access them.
Support
MQLink interface is supported by:
- Phone between 8:30am and 5:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excluded).
- By remote desktop access by specially trained engineers who will attend your practice premises if required.
